“ The baristas during the morning are well informed on how the drinks are supposed to be prepared and were able to make me a beverage that was perfect for what I was asking. To put it plainly, I always felt like the iced chai lattes were a little too milky, and they explained that the iced chai lattes were made with concentrated chai as opposed to brewed chai. It was recommended I switch to a hot brewed chai with a splash of milk as opposed to the iced chai, and I was not disappointed. I do prefer my beverage cold, but the flavor was MUCH better based on their recommendations so I might be switching to a hot chai in the mornings from now on! Thank you ladies and gents!!! ”
